Snake Pit, hatcheck girl, stiff shirts... I like it.
Panels 2 and 3 work really well, nice sense of a busy club and i love the first sighting of Franny. Very cinematic moment, nicely matched to the text.
Good stuff!
btw, If you want her to feature, for the long or short term, you can put her in the featuring column. Same goes for Loretta and Sam, if anyone wants to insure that Ian doesn't blow them up ;-)
1. A contributor must acknowledge their turn with a comment on the last submission after which they have 3 days to submit their turn. 2. Scene changes may only occur in plate one of each page. A contributor may take this opportunity to start a new chapter. A new chapter may start no less than 8 pages after the last chapter. A chapter title card must take up one entire plate. 3. A contributor cannot follow directly after their last turn and can only Huzzah once per page. 4. If after 24 hrs no contributor has acknowledged their turn then rule 3 is suspended for that round and any contributor may claim the next plate. 5. Contributors must adhere to the rules of the setting.

Excellent work, Dave. And for the record - I don't blow people up. :-)
Very nice, panels 2 and 3 are great. Love the Robert Crumb looking bloke in panel 2 and the hair on the lady with him.
And I think I'm going to like Franny.
Great stuff, Dave. Agree with Faz, looking forward to see Franny develop.
This has really opened out the story beautifully Dave. Love what you've done here and look forward to much more!
You are all very kind.
I'm not really happy with it myself at all. Oh well. Onwards, onwards and better things next time.
With apologies to my wife, my children, my agent, my editors, publishers and other projects.... HUZZAH!!
The show must go on...!
Good man, Rob. I was beginning to worry I'd killed it.
lol. Lot of busy folk, I think. Just hope I can find time to do it justice.
dave - so busy i'm rude! love the look of franny, and you've put a lot of 'life' in the club - good stuff!
